 Lizz’s spiritual journey started as a child with an organic desire and interest in how nature and the elements drew her towards the Devine. Combined with her desire to help humanity to expand their consciousness to bring joy and peace to all individuals, she explored various spiritual paths. From owning her own telecommunication business to now completing her master’s degree in Social Work, Lizz brings a variety of skills and community minded passion. Lizz offers alchemical coaching, apothecary and a comprehensive range of spiritual tools.  

Melissa is a seasoned intuitive holistic practitioner and owner of Wholehearted Healing Studio. She has worked in the alternative health industry for over 10 years, focusing on mind, body, and spirit, promoting the growth of self through various holistic channels.  After battling a drug addiction, Melissa embraced her passion of helping others and enjoyed a 25-year career in the Drug and Alcohol Treatment industry. Despite a successful career she battled with depression and an eating disorder which impacted her personal relationships as well as her relationship with herself. She discovered Reiki combined with Meditation allowed her to find balance, love for self and others. In 2016, she co-founded Finding Avalon, a Metaphysical Store in Camden, Delaware, before moving on to individualized holistic care. In 2021, she founded and opened Mindful Spirit Connection to empower others through spiritual healing, growth, and enrichment. In April 2024 she opened Wholehearted Healing Studio with the purpose to grow a community of oneness. When Melissa isn’t guiding others, she’s deeply immersed in what fuels her passion and purpose: spending quality time with her son and dedicating herself to self-mastery.
